Her story:
We had just found out that our son (Daniel) was
gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant and allergic
to eggs. A dear friend introduced me to
sourdough bread. She left me with a happy
sourdough starter. A few weeks later I was
baking our own sourdough bread.
In our first year we were just baking for
friends and family in our little kitchen.
Soon word spread and so did our passion of this
wonderful healthy loaf. In 2021, we purchased our
first bakery equipment and in 2022 we started building our own bakery.
We now have a successful family
home based business.
In 2023, we completed of our new sunny
partly solar powered home-based bakery.
With more baking capacity we can now offer
clients, coffee shops & restaurants up to
80 loaves a day.
